It is affordable and furnished with everything you need to start off with. If you are looking for a warm place to live, it is very peaceful here. I enjoy the pool and the friendly neighbors that I chat with often at the pool. Some of my neighbors have even became good friends. The office manager, Maria goes above and beyond to assist you with most anything you might need. The owners stop in to assist or check on things and have always been friendly and helpful as well.
